This page explains how Nezaton uses cookies and browser storage on our website and platform. We have kept this short because we genuinely do not use many cookies.

1. What Are Cookies
Cookies are small pieces of data that websites store in your browser. They are used for things like keeping you logged in, remembering your preferences, and tracking your behavior across websites.
Nezaton does not use traditional cookies for tracking or advertising. Instead we use your browser's localStorage, a similar technology that stores data locally in your browser but is not sent to servers automatically the way cookies are.
2. What We Store and Why
Authentication Tokens (localStorage)
When you log in to Nezaton, we store two tokens in your browser's localStorage:
tokenExpires: 15 minutesA short-lived token that proves you are logged in. Used to authenticate every API request.
refreshTokenExpires: 30 daysA longer-lived token used to generate a new access token when yours expires, so you stay logged in without re-entering your password.
These tokens are stored in your browser only and are used solely to authenticate you with Nezaton. They are never shared with third parties.
Demo Session Data (localStorage)
When you try the Nezaton demo, we store a session ID and your message count in localStorage. This allows the demo to track your 5 free messages across page refreshes.

This data stays in your browser and is not used to identify or track you.
Navigation Helpers (localStorage)
When you try to access a page that requires login, we temporarily store where you were trying to go so we can redirect you there after login.
pendingProductStores the product you wanted to buy before being redirected to login
pendingUnlockStores the demo you wanted to unlock before being redirected to login
These are cleared immediately after they are used.
3. Third-Party Cookies
Nezaton does not set any third-party tracking cookies. However, the following services may set their own cookies when you interact with them through Nezaton:
Razorpay
When: When you open the payment checkout window
Razorpay sets cookies to handle the payment session securely. These cookies are managed by Razorpay and removed when you close the payment window.

Google (OAuth)
When: When you choose Sign in with Google
Google sets cookies to manage the OAuth login flow. If you are already logged in to Google, Google may set session cookies during this process.

4. What We Do Not Use
We want to be clear about what Nezaton does not do:
We do not use Google Analytics or any website analytics tracker
We do not use Meta Pixel or any advertising pixel
We do not serve advertisements on Nezaton
We do not track your behavior across other websites
We do not sell your browsing data or cookie data to any third party
We do not use browser fingerprinting
We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles
5. How to Clear Your Data
You can clear all Nezaton data from your browser at any time. This will log you out and reset any demo sessions.

Clearing browser data will log you out of Nezaton. Your account data on our servers is not affected by clearing browser storage.
6. Changes to This Policy
If we start using new cookies or storage methods, we will update this policy and the last updated date at the top. For significant changes, we will notify you by email. We will not add advertising or tracking cookies without updating this policy first.
