Is there a contract or lock-in period?
No contract. You pay month to month and can cancel anytime from your dashboard.
What happens after I pay the setup fee?
Your product is activated immediately in your dashboard. You can start configuring your business details and go live the same day.
Can I buy more than one product?
Yes. Each product is independent. You can buy Website AI, Instagram AI, and WhatsApp AI separately and manage them all from one dashboard.
Can I buy the same product twice for two different businesses?
Yes. Each purchase creates a separate bot instance. You can run multiple bots of the same type for different businesses or accounts.
What happens if I miss a monthly payment?
Your bot enters a 3-day grace period. You can retry the payment from your billing dashboard. If not paid within 3 days, the bot is paused until payment is made.
Is the pricing different for India and international?
Yes. We offer INR pricing for India and USD pricing for international customers. Both are charged through Razorpay which supports international cards.
