What is Nezaton?
Nezaton is an AI chatbot platform for small businesses. You connect it to your website, Instagram, WhatsApp, or email — and it automatically replies to customer messages, captures their contact details, and books appointments on your behalf.
Who is Nezaton for?
Nezaton is built for small and medium businesses that receive customer inquiries through messaging channels — clinics, salons, vehicle services, restaurants, agencies, consultancies, retail stores, and any business that gets customer messages they need to reply to.
Do I need coding or technical skills to use Nezaton?
No. Setting up Nezaton is designed for non-technical users. You fill in your business details, connect your channel, and the AI is ready. The only technical step for Website AI is pasting one line of code on your website.
Is my data safe with Nezaton?
Yes. All communication is encrypted over HTTPS. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. Your business data and customer conversations are only accessible from your account. We do not sell your data to anyone.
What languages does the AI support?
The AI can respond in any language you configure. For Indian businesses, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, and other regional languages are supported in addition to English.
Products
Which product should I choose?
Choose based on where your customers message you most. Website — Website AI. Instagram DMs — Instagram AI. WhatsApp — WhatsApp AI. Email — Email AI. You can buy more than one.
Can I buy more than one product?
Yes. Each product is separate. You can buy Website AI and WhatsApp AI at the same time and manage them both from one dashboard. Each product has its own configuration, leads, and conversation history.
Can I buy the same product twice for two different businesses?
Yes. Each purchase creates a separate bot instance. If you manage two businesses, you can buy Website AI twice and configure each one differently. Both appear in your dashboard as separate products.
What happens with Instagram media messages like reels and images?
Instagram only allows AI to reply to text messages. When a customer replies to a reel, story, or sends an image or video, Nezaton automatically detects this and routes the conversation to your human agent.
Does the AI book appointments automatically?
Yes. The AI can collect a customer's preferred date and time, check against existing bookings, and confirm the appointment — all within the conversation. Appointments appear in your dashboard.
What is human handoff?
Human handoff is when the AI decides a conversation is too complex or the customer asks to speak with a human. The conversation is routed to your human agent with a summary of what was discussed.
Pricing and Billing
How does the pricing work?
Every product has two payments — a one-time setup fee to activate the product, and a monthly subscription to keep it running. The setup fee is charged once. The monthly fee is charged on the same date each month. You can cancel anytime.
Why is there a setup fee and a monthly fee?
The setup fee covers the cost of creating and activating your product instance. The monthly subscription covers ongoing AI processing, hosting, and support.
Can I cancel my monthly subscription?
Yes, anytime. Go to Billing in your dashboard, find the subscription, and cancel. Your product continues running until the end of the period you have already paid for.
What happens if I miss a monthly payment?
Your product enters a 3-day grace period. During this time it stays active and you can retry the payment from your Billing dashboard. If payment is not made within 3 days, the product is paused. Your data is kept intact.
Do you offer refunds?
Setup fees and monthly payments are non-refundable as the service is delivered immediately. However, if your product failed to activate due to a technical error on our end, you are entitled to a full refund.
Is the pricing different for India and international customers?
Yes. We offer INR pricing for India and USD pricing for international customers. Both are processed through Razorpay which supports international cards. Select your region on the pricing page before purchasing.
What payment methods are accepted?
Payments are processed through Razorpay. For India: UPI, credit/debit card, net banking, and wallets. For international: Visa, Mastercard, and Amex cards.
Setup
How long does it take to set up a Nezaton product?
Most products take under 10 minutes from purchase to live. After payment, your product is activated immediately. You then add your business details, connect your channel, and the AI is ready to respond.
What do I need to connect Instagram AI?
You need an Instagram Business account connected to a Facebook Page. In your Nezaton dashboard, you enter your Instagram account ID, page ID, and access token from Meta. The dashboard guides you through each step.
What do I need to connect WhatsApp AI?
You need a WhatsApp Business account with access to the Meta Business API. You will need your phone number ID, business account ID, and access token from Meta. Our support team can help if you are unsure.
What do I need to connect Email AI?
You need a business email account. In your dashboard you enter your email address and the mail server details. We support Gmail, Google Workspace, Outlook, and any custom business email.
How does the AI learn about my business?
You add your business information in the Product Settings page — your business name, services, pricing, FAQs, working hours, and any custom instructions. The AI uses this to answer customer questions accurately.
Can I test the AI before it goes live to my customers?
Yes. Your product has a built-in Test Message tool in the settings page. Type a message and see exactly how the AI responds. Adjust your FAQs and instructions until you are satisfied, then go live.
The AI
What AI model does Nezaton use?
Nezaton uses LLaMA 3.1 (8B Instant) through Groq. This gives fast response times — typically under 2 seconds — while being cost-effective for small business use.
What if the AI gives a wrong answer?
The AI answers based on what you have added to your product settings. If an answer is wrong, it usually means the relevant information was not added to your FAQs. Add the correct information and the AI will answer correctly from then on.
Can the AI take orders or process payments?
The AI can capture order details and customer information during a conversation and save them as a lead in your dashboard. It does not directly process payments — that would need to be handled by your team.
What happens when the AI does not know the answer?
If the AI is not confident about an answer, it uses your configured fallback message and escalates the conversation to your human agent as a handoff.
Demo
What is the Nezaton demo?
The demo lets you chat with a Nezaton AI assistant before buying. Each product has its own demo that simulates how the AI would respond for a sample business. You can ask questions and see exactly what the experience is like.
How many messages can I send in the demo?
The demo gives you 5 free messages per product. After 5 messages, you can unlock unlimited demo chats for a one-time payment of Rs.299 in India or $5 internationally.
If I refresh the page does my demo reset?
The chat messages reset on refresh, but your message count does not. Your 5 free message limit is stored in your browser. If you send 3 messages, refresh, and send 1 more — you have 1 free message remaining.
Is the demo the same as the real product?
The demo shows how the AI responds, but it uses a generic sample business. The real product is configured with your actual business — your services, pricing, FAQs, and tone. The real product will be significantly more accurate.
Do I need an account to try the demo?
No. You can try the demo without creating an account. You only need to create an account if you want to unlock unlimited demo messages or purchase a product.
