Refund Policy

This page explains our refund and cancellation policy for all Nezaton products. We have written this in plain language so there are no surprises.

Before purchasing, we encourage you to try our free live demo to make sure the product meets your needs.

Full refund

1. One-Time Setup Fee

Every Nezaton product requires a one-time setup payment to activate. This fee covers the cost of setting up your product instance, connecting your channel, and making the service available in your dashboard.

Your product is activated immediately upon successful payment. Because the service is delivered instantly, the one-time setup fee is non-refundable once the payment is processed and your product is live.

We strongly recommend trying our free live demo before purchasing to make sure the product is right for your business. The demo shows exactly how the AI responds and what the experience is like — at no cost.

2. Monthly Subscription

After the setup payment, your product is billed monthly on the same date each month. The monthly subscription keeps your AI chatbot active and running.

Monthly subscription payments are non-refundable for the current billing period. If you cancel your subscription, your product will continue running until the end of the period you have already paid for. You will not be charged for the following month.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Billing dashboard with no penalty or cancellation fee.

3. How to Cancel

You can cancel any Nezaton subscription at any time. There are no cancellation fees, no exit penalties, and no minimum commitment period.

Find the subscription you want to cancel under Active Subscriptions

Step 4

Click Cancel Subscription — your product remains active until the end of the current billing period

If you cannot access your dashboard, contact support@nezaton.com and we will cancel your subscription manually.

4. What Happens If You Miss a Payment

If your monthly payment fails — due to insufficient funds, an expired card, or any other reason — the following happens:

Day 1

Payment fails

You receive an email notification. Your product enters a 3-day grace period and remains active.

Day 1–3

Grace period

You can retry the payment from your Billing dashboard. Your product continues running normally during this period.

Day 4+

Service paused

If the payment has not been made, your AI chatbot is paused. No further charges are made. Your data remains intact.

Anytime

Resume service

Pay the outstanding amount from your Billing dashboard to reactivate your product instantly.

5. Demo Unlock Payment

The demo unlock payment (₹299 in India, $5 internationally) gives you unlimited demo chat sessions. This is a one-time payment and is non-refundable as the demo access is granted immediately upon payment.

The demo unlock is separate from any product purchase and does not activate a live chatbot for your business.

6. Exceptions — When We Do Refund

We will issue a full refund in the following situations:

Product failed to activate

If you made a successful payment but your product did not appear in your dashboard due to a technical error on our end, you are entitled to a full refund of the setup fee or a corrected activation at no additional charge.

Duplicate payment

If you were charged twice for the same order due to a payment processing error, the duplicate charge will be refunded in full.

Unauthorized transaction

If a payment was made from your account without your authorization, contact us immediately at support@nezaton.com. We will investigate and process a refund if confirmed.

To request a refund for any of the above, email support@nezaton.com with your order ID and a description of the issue. We will respond within 3 business days.

7. How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are processed through Razorpay back to the original payment method — the same card or bank account used for the original payment.

Refund processing times depend on your bank or card issuer and are typically between 5 to 10 business days after approval. We do not control bank processing times.

Refunds cannot be issued to a different payment method than the one originally used.
